BLOG 3 - My dream job

 Dear people, welcome to my blog. On this occasion I’m going to talk about my dream job.

When I was a child, I liked to play with mud, legos or other toys with which it could be built . In the summer I enjoyed playing with sand and creating the cities with “conchitas ”, seaweed or stone. Later, when I had some more years, I liked seeing my grandparents cook, mixing different ingredients and preparing colorful dishes. 

I would like a job where I enjoyed creating different things, colorful, having an experience every day and preparing something for someone else.

You will think first that I wanted to be an architect, but not. In another moment I dreamed of having a food truck of  Chilean hot dogs, in my opinion, one of the best things about this country and my lunch every week. The chilean hot dog doesn’t distinguish social class, religion, gender or age. It's amazing and I love it!, but  I think again and  I discovered that  I like cooking for other people  and creating a new sensation with the food. 

I think that the  best kitchen tt’s the grill, the fire delivers a new perception about the flavor. Not only did I prepare the meat, I prepared different dishes; pizzas, vegetables, meat stew, bread. The  best job  is cooking out, in a non-formal space. spiking with another person, seeing the hill, sea or the landscape.

I don't know how much you can earn being a cook, but just seeing happy people is the best pay.
